Flu season is here, and Jemez Public Health is excited to help our community stay strong, safe, and healthy. This October, we are inviting everyone to take part in a powerful act of care, which is getting your flu shot. It’s quick, free, and one of the best ways to protect yourself and those you love.


Jemez Health & Human Services (JHHS) is offering multiple flu shot clinics throughout the month, making it easy and convenient for all ages to get vaccinated. Whether you’re attending a community event or stopping by a clinic, there’s a time and place that works for you.


Here’s where you can get your flu shot:

· Senior Center Clinics – Every Thursday in October (Oct 9, 16, 23) from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Walk-ins welcome; appointments available for adults 65+.


· Trunk or Treat Event – October 29 at the Community Wellness Center. A festive, family-friendly way to get vaccinated.


· JHHS Clinic – Open year-round! From Sept 24, 2025 to June 30, 2026, with extended hours:

o   Mon/Wed/Fri: 7:30 AM–6 PM

o   Tues/Thurs: 7:30 AM–8 PM

o   Saturday: 8 AM–2 PM

· PH Modular Clinics – Swing by, say hi, or schedule a visit 

           Walk-ins welcome Tuesday & Wednesdays 8:00AM-5:00pm 


Friday Home Visits by Appointment Only

All flu shots are free of charge, and walk-ins are welcome at every location. However, we encourage you to call ahead and schedule an appointment to help reduce wait times and ensure a smooth experience.
