Get Ready for an Exciting 2026 with FiTT Driven!

We have some big, exciting updates for the FiTT Driven Program in 2026, and we can’t wait to share them with you! Whether you’re a longtime participant or considering joining, it’s important that everyone understands how the program works, how points are tracked, and how our FiTT Stores operate.

Our goal is simple: help you stay active, hydrated, and engaged with your health — while earning points that can be redeemed for fun and useful rewards!

How You Can Earn Points

There are several ways to track your progress and to earn points.

  1. FiTT Cards – Used to track Water Buffalo, Physical Activity, and Provider Visits.

  2. Online Tracking – Scan QR codes to log Water Buffalo and Physical Activity.

  3. Public Health Activities – Earn points by signing in at Public Health events, vaccine clinics, screenings, and program classes.

A few important notes:

  • Workout logs from fitness centers cannot be used directly. Track your workouts onto your FiTT Cards to earn points.

  • Backtracking is allowed, but only within certain limits:

    • Water Buffalo & Physical Activity: up to 1 week back after completion.

    • Provider Visits: within the 2026 calendar year only

Provider Visit Cards

We’re excited to kick off this part of FiTT, which allows members to earn points by taking proactive steps in their care plans, including completing annual screenings and attending routine appointments.

  • Provider cards are available exclusively at the Public Health Building and during FiTT Store openings.

  • Members must bring their cards to eligible provider appointments (excluding acute care visits) and have them signed by their provider.

  • Please remember: keeping track of your FiTT card is the member’s responsibility.

Quarterly FiTT Stores

The FiTT Store will open four times a year, giving participants a chance to redeem points and enjoy special items each quarter:

Months:

March

June

September

December

Store Hours:

Morning: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Closed for Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM

Afternoon/Evening: 1:30 PM – 7:00 PM

FiTT Store Rules

To keep things fair and smooth, here’s what to know:

  • Cards are accepted only during store hours.

  • Members must bring and keep their own cards.

  • Online entries will be tracked and recorded before the store opens.

  • No printed or unofficial cards are allowed.

  • Members must be present to claim points — no claiming for others.

  • Only points earned in 2026 are eligible.

  • All redemptions are final; items cannot be exchanged.

We Encourage Members to…

  • Redeem points throughout the year rather than waiting until December.

  • Consistently track activities and keep FiTT cards in a safe place.

  • Stay engaged to maximize points and maintain motivation.

  • Watch for events hosted by Jemez Public Health, explore our health blogs, and stay connected with everything FiTT Driven has to offer.

Remember: It’s your effort, your participation, and your responsibility to redeem your points.
