In addition to our monthly events, we offer year-round programs to support your health and well-being. These programs are designed to help you make sustainable, positive changes in your life.
Trail Club: Fall Edition
We’re bringing back Trail Club for kids! This fall, children in the community will participate in a variety of health-focused activities, including physical activities, nutrition education, hands-on learning, games, and healthy snacks. The goal is to teach kids how to stay active, make healthier food choices, and pass these habits on to their families.
