Track points:
Online tracking:
Water Intake: Water Buffalo Challenge
Physical Activity: FiTT Driven Independent Workout

How Do You Earn Points?
Earning points is simple – and it adds up quickly! Here’s how:
1. Physical Activity
Log any activity that gets your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes – gym sessions, workout classes, or even walking!
2. Water Intake
Staying hydrated is key. Drink up to 80 oz of water each day to earn points.
3. Healthcare visits
Earn points when you visit any healthcare provider for check-ups or health services.
4. Jemez Public Health Events & Programs
Participate in events, challenges and health programs throughout the year to earn more points.
FiTT Store and Rewards
The FiTT Store is open six times a year, giving you plenty of chances to earn your rewards. From workout gear to fitness accessories, we’ve got what you need to keep pushing towards your goals. We update the selection throughout the year to ensure you have the latest gear to stay motivated and support your fitness journey.
Our Policy:
For every 10 oz of water you drink, you earn 1 point. You can earn a maximum of 8 points per day for water intake.
You are allowed to backtrack water intake; but only one week at a time.
You can only log one workout activity per day.
We do not accept workout logs from Community Wellness; all physical activity must be recorded on a FiTT card or online.
Backtracking workouts are not allowed; all activities must be recorded on the same day they are completed.
At Jemez Public Health, we’re all about helping you succeed. Whether you’re working on getting more active, managing health issues, or improving your nutrition, we’ve got resources and support to help you every step of the way. Don’t let anything hold you back from becoming the healthiest version of yourself – join FiTT Driven and make 2025 your best year yet!
