Heart Health Awareness: Healthy Heart Bingo!

Have fun while making healthy choices for your heart! Play Healthy Heart Bingo to earn FiTT Points and entry into drawings for FiTT Store incentives!

This heart health month, our goal is to bring awareness to the daily activities and choices that have an impact on living a heart-healthy lifestyle. According to the American Heart Association, Native Americans continue to be disproportionately affected by high rates of cardiovascular disease compared to other races, and heart disease is affecting Native Americans at younger ages. While these facts may seem scary, the great news is there are many preventative measures we can take every day to minimize our risk. Join us as we play a fun round of Healthy Heart Bingo intended to help us all make more heart-healthy choices!

Complete a bingo by connecting 5 squares vertically, horizontally or diagonally, and bring your completed bingo sheet to the Public Health office to receive 300 FiTT Points and entry into a drawing for Jemez Public Health sweatpants, shorts or leggings.

Double Bingos will earn you 400 points and an additional entry into the drawing.

A completed cover-all bingo will earn you an incentive of your choice from the FiTT Store.

Bingo sheets are due on Friday, March 3, 2023 by 5pm. Winners will be announced on Monday March, 6, 2023. Bingo squares are subject to verification by a member of the FiTT Team.
