Need motivation? Want to start exercising but need help figuring out where to start? IT’S OKAY. The FiTT Team understands beginning a daily exercise habit can be challenging and intimidating, especially when doing it alone. While Endurance Jemez 2023 is about making Jemez a healthier place to live, we know that the only way to do that is by making sure ALL community members know they belong on the trails! The FITT Team is leading weekly group runs every Friday to encourage, motivate, and INSPIRE your personal trail to health. Join us for a motivation boost as we come together as a community to achieve our goal of making Jemez a healthier place to live!

As promised, the FiTT Team has provided a 10K running program for all community members. This Monday marks eight weeks until the Endurance Jemez 2023!
