FiTT Store Opening

As we gear up to the re-opening of the FiTT Store. We want to check in on your health and wellness journey! Most importantly make sure you have been claiming your Fitt points!  

There are a couple of ways to track your points simply by scanning our QR codes or by manually tracking your points with our FiTT Driven point cards. Here at Jemez Public Health, it is our priority to see you accomplish your health and fitness goals!  

Below are the QR codes to log your FiTT points and Water Buffalo Points.  

Our FiTT Incentive store with be operational on, Thursday February 29th, 2024 

• 9:30am – 11:30pm 

• 1:30pm – 7:30pm 

This will give you the opportunity to purchase from our newly restocked Public Health incentives.
