The Jemez Public Health Department is thrilled to announce the opening of our FiTT Store, a fun and rewarding way to celebrate your commitment to health and wellness!
As part of the FiTT Driven Program and Water Buffalo Program, you earn FiTT Points by completing a variety of healthy, active tasks and staying hydrated. These points can then be used to redeem some great apparel and accessories at our FiTT store opening.
💪 How to Earn FiTT Points:
Staying active doesn’t have to mean hitting the gym every day—every bit of movement counts! You can earn FiTT Points by engaging in:
30 minutes or more of physical activity (walking, running, dancing, hunting etc.)
Staying hydrated – track your daily water intake!
Home cleaning and chores such as yard work, laundry, house cleaning, or even wood chopping.
Every effort toward a healthier, more active lifestyle adds up.
🍂 Keep Moving as the Weather Cools
As the days get shorter and temperatures drop, remember that fall is still a great time to be active outdoors. Just add an extra layer, grab your water bottle, and enjoy the crisp air. Don’t forget—employees can use wellness leave to take a walk or run during your lunch hour. A little midday movement goes a long way toward boosting energy and mood!
